Simply enjoying a nice refreshing can of scrumpy jack and thought it was about time I updated my blog! Not all that much exciting has happened really lately to be honest. I had work today, 12-4, pretty tiring but bareable. I im in desperate need of a light metre so i can snap away (if you can call it that) on the mamiya 645 I was leant. I attempted to take some photographs last week at my dad's house. Due to not having a light metre, I used my pentax me super to light metre. I've been terrible this past year for not completely understanding how aperture and shutter speed are linked and how it all works etc. Therefore I have take the advice from my boyfriend Sean to properly read Langford (Which I should have done a long time ago!) I actually feel like i'm finally understanding it all, and feel very pleased!! That's about all I have to write to be honest.
I found a tiny frog in the garden when I was cutting the grass :)

MAMIYA 645.
This morning my Auntie Tina dropped off a Mamiya 645 pro for me to borrow up until Christmas! It's a beautiful camera. I don't have a light metre so for my first photograph I used the light metre on my Pentax ME Super. I'm not entirely confident with light metering to be honest. I don't understand it entirely, I have a terrible memory. Having one as my own for a few months is definately going to help me with my understanding : )

THE SHIRES.
I refuse to call it The Highcross, it will always be The Shires Shopping Centre. I wish they never changed the name. But yeah.. I went to the Shires today, bought a new jacket. Saw it in Topshop for £55, then saw the same one in New Look for £30, with student discount it was £28 :) its pretty.

SHEFFIELD.
Today I went to sheffield for the day to visit my boyfriend Sean who's down with Tom from Newcastle to stay with Alfie. Alfie's girlfriend Jade was also there. It was a lovely day, the weather was pretty dull and horrible to be honest but soon cleared up and was actually warmm, we relaxed by the fountains :
