I watched Trisha today, I noticed that the couple on the show had also previously been on Jeremy Kyle with the same story... Sean said It was sad that I recognised them..I said it was even sadder that they were on both chat shows :P
I drew Sean a picture today; I'm slowly running out of things to occupy myself with :(

PIANO.
I began re-teaching myself the piano yesterday. I used to play years ago, I can't remember when I stopped, but I got up to about grade 3 I think, whereas my sister got to about grade 8 lol (she is however older than me and began earlier) I don't usually have the patience for this sort of thing, it takes a while for things to sink in, I wish I had a better memory!
In other news; we have a friend of my mum's fitting the new bathroom. It's coming along nicely, however he has taken the toilet door off, and the bathroom door! So essentially I can't really go to the toilet, unless I don't mind people walking past/seeing (which I really don't) I had to have a bath at 8AM this morning before the fitter came, and had to stay awake so I could let the mobile dog groomer in so she could cut Poppy's fur ;

I'm damn tired and bored.

SOUTH SHIELDS.
I'm back from visiting my boyfriend Sean in South Shields. It had a couple of hitches due to me deciding to be poorly for a day or two (for which I had to be driven to a drop in hospital by Sean's grandparents, which resulted in antibiotics pour moi ) and Sean last night being sick with glandular fever :( poor babey, i looked after him as best i could! Apart from this, I had an amazing time with Sean, i missed him so much, and now i'm back to missing him again! Get well soon kitty :) Here are some of the first roll of film i shot on my new pentax! (bar the second one as Sean took that of me burying his feet in the sand :)

PENTAX ME
Ive been flickr-ing it up today, I added a lot of photographs to my favourites. I'm very much looking forward to giving my new Pentax Super ME a go when i go up north to stay with Sean. So damn excited for both photograph taking and Sean seeing. I haven't seen Sean in exactly a month and I haven't taken any film photographs in probably about the same time.

BANK ROBBED.
It seems quite a few people are having problems with their bank at the moment. I transferred money into my account to find they had charged me £60, which was taken out of the money i put in this morning. Apparantly theyve been charging me since march for going over my overdraft..and because I haven't had much money in there to take out in the first place, they made me go into my overdraft again only to be charged...again, and so on. It's a never ending cycle. I guess it's a good job i have a job, although i'm not enjoying it too much at the moment i'm thankful i have it :) .
In other news, I went to see my Father after the bank incident. It was cool, watched Heartbeat?! Project Catwalk, and Project Runway, and of course my visit would not be complete without Jeremy Kyle. I immediately regretted not taking my camera, so I had to make do with my 5.0 mega pixel camera phone.

POLAR BEAR
Last night I went out for my good friend Sarah's 20th (it was actually on tuesday but we all went out last night for it ) I went to Chloe's house first to get ready, and then we got a lift with her Dad. First and only stop for myself and Chloe was Polar Bear. Pretty weird going back there, We hadn't been in about a year lol. Basically due to us having work the next day we only stayed till 11. But it was great to see Sarah Joe and Nik. Nik seriously impressed me with his straw trick. Flipping wonderful, I'm definately going to attempt to impress Sean (my boyfriend) with this when I go up North to visit next sunday =_= .

BLOG.
Seeing as I have a long summer ahead of me, I thought I should actually do something constructive with my spare time. I've managed to get me a job, so i'm not entirely wasting my time. I got a job at a local vintage inn, which is pretty cool, never in my life done waitressing, I swear to god I didn't think it was going to be as much hard work as it has turned out to be.
So anyway.. a bit of background information:
After my A Levels, I went on to do an Art foundation course , which I pretty much hated to be honest. It was a small class, the teachers had their favourite students and didn't bother ineracting with the 'quiet ones' . If it wasn't for my best friend Chloe, who was also on the course with me (we've been best friends since like we were 4 ) then I would have left, and vice versa. I flipping loved the short course we did in photography, but unfortunately our tutor got very ill and wasn't able to teach for pretty much the whole year, and with no substitute teacher, I had to work out a lot of the technical side of photography by myself, (not very successful) When it came to doing my final major project for the foundation course, I specialised in photography. The following photographs are : me working on my final major project, me at my exhibition and some of my final images:
Overall for art foundation I recieved a Merit. I felt like i should have got a distinction but I guess cause I didn't do much through out the year (mainly due to the fact my heart just wasn't in it for the art based projects) that I was actually quite lucky to get a Merit over all. I think my last project did it.
I only wanted to go to one place for University, if i didn't get in, then I didn't want to go anywhere else. Bascially I had one chance to impress. I had a group interview at Nottingham Trent University for Photography. I got in with a conditional, so all i had to do was pass art foundation, which I did. My tutors didn't think I would get into Trent. They said it would be too hard to get in. so HA to you. I've now finished my first year of photography at Trent for the summer, and it's been the best year of my life.
